In just a matter of weeks, you can phase out bad habits, establish and solidify positive ones, and make small changes that ultimately add up to something amazing. That's why we're teaming up with our wellness community at THE/THIRTY on the #MyNextThirty social movement. It's our way of inspiring each other to stay motivated-no matter what your personal goals are-so join us from now until the end of June, and take a step forward on your own wellness journey.
Here's how it works: Over the next 30 days, Team Byrdie is pledging to go outside our wellness comfort zones. That might mean trying new fitness classes that have always seemed slightly intimidating, vowing to cook healthy recipes instead of opting for takeout, or finally giving meditation a go.
But that's just us-you're welcome to get in on our challenge or try something completely different. It's up to you!
